
Previously known as Office 365, or simply Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 is a suite of tools for everyday use, and includes software such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint, to name a few.
Microsoft 365 features both online applications, which can be accessed via the internet, as well as desktop applications, which can be downloaded to your computer. Depending on which plan you have, you may or may not have access to these desktop applications.

SharePoint Online – storage, sits behind every Microsoft 365 application (excluding Outlook) and manages your shared data
Exchange – storage for Outlook specifically
